About Us

The Student Affiliate of AIChE at Vanderbilt University has been long established as a way for chemical engineers to gather together, network with professional chemical engineers, and have fun in the process. Every year, we attend the National Annual AIChE conference in the Fall and the Regional AIChE conference in the Spring. At both the National and Regional conferences, there are informative meetings and enlightening workshops. The highlight of both events, though, is the ChE car competition, where teams from student chapters create cars powered by chemical reactions.
