About ICON in the Gulch
There’s nothing in Nashville like The Gulch, and there’s nothing in The Gulch quite like ICON. You’ll know it when you see it, but more importantly, you’ll know it when you live it. It’s more than a status symbol. It’s a unique mixed-use development that will be the Gulch’s centerpiece. Not only because it will be the architectural jewel and physical giant in the area, but because by design it will feature a mixture of residential, retail shops, and restaurants available no where else. ICON will be as stunning to experience as a visitor as it will be to its residence.
Are you ready to call ICON home?
