Come celebrate Black History Month with a Blues & Jazz Concert to benefit 2nd CHANCES. Nashville’s Queen of Blues – Marion James, along with six other legendary musicians will be performing from 7-9PM at teh Hartman Park Community Center located at 2801 Tucker Road.
