General Body Meeting: 20 July 2011

The summer General Body Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 20 July, in SC 5326 (note room change) at 6 PM. (Our usual room in FGH is in use for a Vanderbilt summer program.)
Please mark your calendars now and plan to attend; in particular, the big agenda item is reviewing and voting on approval of the GSC’s budget for 2011-2012. We will be posting a draft budget approximately a week before the meeting, here on this page, for you to review.
Additionally, we will be notifying the summer Travel Grant winners at that meeting. If anyone in your department has research which s/he is presenting after 20 July at a conference, be sure that their name is in the drawing.
