Office of Scheduling and Reservations makes reservations for student organizations at all locales except: the Medical Center, Divinity School, Law School, Owen Business School and the Student Life Center.

Alcohol

Events contain alcohol on the Undergraduate Campus must be approved by Jeanine Atkinson (ATOD). This usually requires for students in the organization to attend a seminar on Vanderbilt's Alcohol Policies.

ID'ing/Carding

Events that contain alcohol on the Undergraduate Campus are highly recommended to have security in addition to Vanderbilt Police. Rock Solid Security is one of the recommended companies.

Traffic and Parking must approve campus-wide events as well.

Vanderbilt Police

Vanderbilt Police must be present at any event on Undergraduate Campus that contains alcohol.
