• Graduate Christian Fellowship Fall Retreat (Monteagle, TN, September 25-26)

  The group will leave on Friday afternoon after school, and drive about two hours to a retreat center in the mountains.  You can either stay in a dormitory, or in a cabin.  Our meals will be provided there.  There will be times to read and discuss the Bible together, and time to have fun.  Often we go for a hike in the mountains, play frisbee, and make "s'mores" (an American treat) over a campfire. • InterVarsity Christian Fellowship Urbana Missions Conference (Urbana, IL, December 27-Jan.

  This conference, which began in 1946, occurs only every three years, so this is a very special opportunity.  The conference is held at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and lasts for five days.  More than 20,000 students will attend!!  This year, for the first time, there will be a special track for international students.  This conference focuses on informing students about God's plans for the world, and how we can all be a part.  There are speakers, small group Bible study and prayer times, and amazing times of worship!  It is designed for Christians. Scholarship support is available, and transportation from Nashville can be arranged.

   

• InterFACE Florida Christmas Conference (Orlando, FL, December 27-January 1)

Another option, during the Christmas holiday time, is this trip to Florida.  For only $95 (plus some transportation costs), you can visit Florida for four days, including a stay in the home of an American family, and a visit to Disney World!  Please let us know as soon as possible if you are interested in attending, so that we can make plans for transportation.

• InterFACE Atlanta Trip (Atlanta, GA, March)

This trip has been a favorite!  You will have the chance to stay for the weekend with an American family, go for a sightseeing tour of Atlanta, and attend a "Passion Play", which is a special Easter event.  For more information, contact Jim and Lolan Roberts.  See pictures from last year's trip.

• Spring Discovery Weekend, North Carolina Mountains, March 5-7 (Spring Break)

This trip will be the first weekend of Spring break.  We will travel to a location in the mountains, and meet with groups of international students from NC State University and Virginia Tech University (Invite your friends to meet you there!)  From Friday night-Sunday morning, you will have the chance to learn more about the Christian faith from other international students and in small group discussions.  After the weekend is over, we may arrange other activities in the mountains, depending on interest.
