Who:
Everyone is welcome! That includes students, faculty, staff, and other members of the Vanderbilt community. Our members range from complete beginners to people who have been juggling and performing for many years. Practicing with other people at our weekly meetings is a great way to learn the basic techniques and learn new tricks from one another. The meetings are very informal, and being a "member" means just showing up as often as you can or stopping by when you see some of us practicing outside.

What:
Weekly Meetings - This is the place to learn, practice, and share physical arts and circus skills, such as juggling, breakdancing, acrobatics, physical comedy, baton, poi, diabolo, rhythmic gymnastics, gymnastics, freestyle basketball or soccer, footbag, and anything else that you can think of!

Performing - In addition to the regular informal meetings, we will be putting together routines to perform at various shows and venues around campus. Anyone who is interested and motivated can participate. It takes more effort and practice, but it's a lot of fun! Check out the videos of our past performances in the Videos section of the site.

Volunteering - There are a lot of opportunities to share your newly acquired skills with children and others around campus and in the community. We have demonstrated and taught juggling to the kids with Preston Taylor Ministries, juggled for SS Rand, and participated in the Vanderbuddies Playday.

When and Where:
We have a few different practice sessions each week. Also, watch out for us performing in shows around campus. You can add yourself to our weekly email list for updates on activities and meeting times/locations using this form.

Sunday Meetings: During the school year, we meet on Sunday afternoons from 3-6pm either on Alumni Lawn or in the Auxiliary Gym when it's wet or cold outside. Come any time to practice and learn juggling or other physical arts skills.

Why:
It's fun, good exercise, relaxing, challenging, and it's a great way to hang out with other people who are also avoiding classes and work!
