The men's team practice 3 times a week. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday irregardless of the weather you can find the team striving for perfection at one of the three sports club fields. All practices are open. Come and join us.

The women practice two times during the week, for two hours each practice. In addition to these regular Tuesday and Thursday practices, VUDU can be found doing their weekly track workout every Saturday morning at the Vanderbilt Track.
