At Nashville Airport? What to do next?
Proceed to the baggage claim area and claim your baggage.
Please do not panic if your baggage is not to be found. Just go to the appropriate airline counter for inquiries. Usually the delayed baggage arrives on the next flight and is home delivered, but you need to fill out the relevant forms at the airline counter.
If you do not see the person assigned for your pickup please wait for about 10-20 minutes near the baggage claim area, as Nashville traffic is very unpredictable and he/she might take a little longer to reach the airport.
Even after waiting, if the person does not arrive (this usually never happens) then use the airport pay phone to call your airport pickup or the VIA president. Leave a message if they do not pick up their phones.
If you have requested for a pickup using the APR form, someone will surely pick you up at the airport.
