Resolution 11-12-15: Accountability and Transparency Omnibus
Technical Questions:
- How realistic is the 24-hour deadline?
  - Lucas: there is a definite benefit to being able to see official minutes, and they should be up as soon as possible
  - Takes ten minutes after every session
What happens if the minutes do not go up by deadline?
- No definite punishment, but it’s being derelict in duties
- Voting body has right to inquire if does not happen
- Debate: None
- Resolution passes

House Programming Events Updates
- Kenny Tan had Thanksgiving dinner event tonight and it was successful
- Last Sunday, event at West House (Sundaes on a Sunday)
  - Alumni guests (about 20)
  - Went very well
Branscomb: December 9^th study break from 7-9p
Last night there was a chemistry study break with bagels, coffee, Charlie Brown
New Business: Vice President Manard
- Volunteering—House members need to volunteer for VSG events
  - Airport shuttles—this Friday
  - Monthly movies
  - Co-sponsorship of the Month
  - Other activities like this
  - Co-Sponsorship Update: Vice President Manard
    - Chose Co-Sponsorship of the Month for December
      - Alternative Gift Fair
      - Opportunity to shop from local organizations that give charity
