Welcome

• Call to Order, Speaker-Elect Neely
• Roll Call, Secretary Julia Peredo

Old Business, Speaker-Elect Neely

• Open Floor for Vanderbilt Student Body
  • Speaker Tan: Campaign materials were supposed to be taken down 48 hours after announcement of winners
    • AG Scholl: If you send me examples, I will ensure that candidates take care of it

Presentation of Resolutions

• Resolution 11-12-42: Recognition and Appreciation for Frank Gladu
  • No technical questions or debate
  • Passed both bodies
  • Resolution 11-12-43: Recognition and Appreciation for Mark Dalhouse
    • No technical questions or debate
    • Passed both bodies

New Business, Speaker-Elect Neely

• New Business: Student Body President-Elect Manard
  • Wear business casual to turnover!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • Currently in interview process of appointed positions—will be decided by end of this weekend
  • Will be another session after turnover
  • Co-Sponsorship Update: Student Body President-Elect Manard
    • Today was last Co-Sponsorship of the Month
    • Decisions will still be on executive board for CSOM, but general will be on programming team next year
    • VSG Programming Update
      • Turnover looks great—some great Southern delicacies and décor
      • Compiling all events for year’s end for upperclassmen areas (except Towers)
      • Finish evaluations by end of year
      • Thank you for being so patient with this experimental year
      • Upcoming VSG Events
        • VSG Turnover: Wednesday, April 11, 6pm
        • VSG Movie Night: Friday, April 13, 7 & 10pm
          • Sherlock Holmes 2
• Dundies: April 17 at 7pm at Chili’s
