Rites Of Spring Service Day

As we near the end of the semester, Rites of Spring represents a great opportunity to celebrate the conclusion of another fantastic year. Before the concert series, take the opportunity to reach out and help others in the Nashville community with the 2008 Rites of Spring Service Day! Service opportunities include serving dinner at a homeless shelter, working at an immigrant community, serving at a disability coalition, and serivng dinner at a SafeZone location for teens.

Student Finance Subcommittee Applications

VSG Applications for Student Finance Subcommittee Co-Chair are available here. The Student Finance Committee was recently restructured to include a greater number of students and a more efficient, focused process. Subcommittee Co-Chairs will preside over organization interviews for organizations within their specific category. Each subcommittee will make funding recommendations for the groups for which they have jurisdiction.

Applications are due November 28 at 5 pm to r.patel@vanderbilt.edu or Station B Box #5328.

VSG Applications for Student Finance Chair/Organizational Relations Co-Chair can be found here. The Student Finance Committee was recently restructured to include a greater number of students and a more efficient, focused process. The Student Finance Chair will be charged with presiding over the new structure in its inaugural year and will shape student finance precedents that will be followed in coming years.
